‘These ‘robots’ are built from 12V motors found in cars (windscreen wiper motors etc) and then controlled through a PC using a DMX programme. For me, the creative process is not about completing some huge scientific challenge but creating something visual, and alive, using the basic equipment at my disposal ... its about getting some of it wrong and making sure you use this to your advantage....’
